It's been a year or three or four...Weight has been all over the place. Been on THM for about two years. Lost 60 pounds. Stalled out now a few months. I know it is the carbs...back to strict Low Carb for a while. But Hey! I know what to do for maintenance! I'm in a better mind space. Really going to finish strong this time. So here is the REAL TRUTH. I'm almost back to where I was March 21st 2013 when I last thought I had it all figured out. I returned here on March 1st 2017 weighing 287... so a big ol' TWELVE POUNDS DOWN even though the truth telling makes it show a gain. Couldn't keep looking at that 260 mocking me each time I come online. Here's to shining the light of truth on a dark place! Hope you are letting your light shine today too!
