sorry i have been out of the loop we had major computer problems again uggg when will it end. any way im so proud of my self i did really well today even though i had 1 meal it was a healthy meal and i didnt do this onp urpose either i litterly forgot to eat. and thats never happend before. i forgot to eat oh well any body its weird has this happened to any body else any way have a super duper day love shelly.
