Diario de loosinisfun, 16 nov. 07

day 170..28 outside..have decided that i can burn more calories by going to the gym in the morings, and then doing an afternoon walk. by doing weights for an hour, and then riding a bike, or elliptiacal for half an hour i can burn around 1900 calories...and then after lunch walkin 20 minutes will push it up over 2100 calories burned...

36 min. stationary bike with arms..
60 min. weight training
24 min. stationary bike again...

calories ate ---------------------1281
calories burned-------------------2063...

supper is over...thats it for the day

If you keep this up, you're going to reach your goal before I meet my scrawny little goal!! LOL. There's a morning news program here that has this special segment called the Joy Fit Club...they feature people who have successfully lost over 100 lbs. I think i'm signing you up for that once you meet your goal!! So you can inspire the world!

i havent lost 100 pounds yet..i have along ways to go...alot of mini goals to reach that...lol...im really no different then anyone else here..what keeps me going is knowin i can do this...and each pound or inch that comes off is more motivation towards that goal...

what i have noticed over the last week, is that you cant always go by the numbers on the scales..i go by the way my clothes fit also..if my clothes are gettin looser, even though to scales arent moving, i kno that im gettin closer to another inch off, instead of pounds...i dont care if its pounds or inches, as long as it drops off and i keep remembering that i lost the flab by changing my eating habits and exercising to do it...
