Ok, so a little extra showed plus that one small piece of chocolate. Drats!

I will finish my 40 day round of sub lingual HcG this coming Wednesday. That means that I will then start Phase 3. I just joined a challenge group to stay within the certain amount of calories allotted. That will be goal for the next 6 weeks.

I will then decide whether or not I need to do another round of Hcg. I am hoping and praying not. I would really rather at that point that enough lifestyle changes will have happened to allow me to keep moving forward.

I plan to make Fatsecret a daily regime for a long time to come. I need the accountability for awhile at least.
