These last few days have been really rough. The weekends are always the most difficult for me. I managed to actually get through this past weekend.
The good news is that I had miscalculated my start for Phase 3. I thought it would be after Wednesday but its not. Its actually after Tuesday. As per protocol I will follow the 500 calorie diet for another 3 days with no HCG.
So, beginning this Saturday I get to add back in SLOWLY some foods and I get to more than double my caloric intake. I will start off trying to stay at about 1200. If I can manage that then I might try to go to 1300. I will not go over 1500.
The plan is also to start working out again. I really am looking forward to that.
