Diario de Sibby, 19 nov. 07

well tomorrow is my second WI...i had a pretty good week...i do have a problem with eating all my points. I can't seem to eat my 22 points a day...I need to plan out my menu I think, like some of my 'buddie' here do, and follow it...maybe that would help...some of my buddies on the ww site tell me if I don't eat all my point consistantly I could gain weight...we don't want that now, do we!! Back to the WI tomorrow...I know I've lost at least 1 lb...my jeans fit a lot better and i feel like I have more energy..surprising what just a couple pound loss can do to make you feel better...i'll write more tomorrow night after the WI and fill ya all in...'til then :o)

Yes, if you don't eat all your daily points consistently, you can gain weight. Your body needs "fuel" to function properly and if you don't give it enough, it thinks your starving it and holds on to whatever you have. It's a hard concept for many that you need to eat to lose. Good luck!
