Diario de notfast, 06 feb. 12

Late day entry, busy morning, errands and took DH to get hearing aides adjusted in Tucson, didn't get home until 2:30pm.

Complaining a little about irregularity. Not sure what's going on, cause I've never been irregular most of my life. I'm probably not drinking enough water, and not eating enough veggies, I have a hard time getting veggies if I don't have with dinner, or a salad... took laxative last night will probably do again tonight. Jeans fit tighter so I know something's wrong !

OOOOOh take it easy with the laxatives honey...my sister was stopped up once and she took a double dose..made for a bad next day..if you get my drift..drink more water for sure..don't want to be walking Sholtzie and have to run back home..LOL..:O)

I've heard chia seeds are supposed to help...or even flax seed. Keeping my fingers crossed that the laxative doesn't work TOO well!
