I have been off the wagon so to speak for a while now but i am re committing today. Not strictly keto anymore (doc advised I stop) but i am going to try to limit my carbs. Back to calorie counting for me. *sigh*

I feel a bit hopeless. I have plateaued for so long its hard to remember what success feels like.

Good luck buddy and welcome back. I hope you find your mojo and I am sure that once you start recording EVERYTHING accurately you will start to lose weight again.
