I took my last Prednisone today. I hope it will help my appetite issues from now on.

I visited a nutrition educator today to help me deal with my diabetes. I want to lose weight, but I can't stop eating since I need a consistent amount of carbs each meal (30) to maintain my glucose levels. She gave me a ton of information and I'll attend four training sessions in June. I really want to get a handle on this.

I have to eat more carbs than most folks. Small amounts, frequent during day helps me. Complex carbs are a must. Slow absorbed, no quick highs and lows. Learn yourself and what you need. You can do it!
