I walked for 33 minutes this morning and then rode my stationary bike for 5 minutes (I hate that bike).
Trying to remember I didn't put this weight on over night and it's not going to come off over night. I have been on this diet program for a month and 3 weeks, I have lost 14 pounds so far so it's going pretty good. I am counting points like the weight watcher diet and I average between 1200 and 1400 calories a day some days I go over that but my average is pretty steady as long as I don't go out to eat. I have a birthday coming up and it will hard to stick to my plan that day but I am going to give it my best to.
I have been looking at cruise's lately and I really want to go on one, we have been on 8 and I am ready for another but I want to lose at least to 200 lbs first, so shooting for Feb of next year it is a good month to go cause it's both my birthday and my husbands, mine is the 16th his is the 21st.
