Ugh. A gain of 1.2 lbs. Ate less than 1000 calories, but was not hungry so did not eat more. Water retention from higher salt intake? Delayed Super Bowl Sunday weight? Change in the Earth's gravitational pull? Who knows? This is a little bump in a long-term process, so I am not going to let it get me down (sniffle). :-P
