Diario de Redtribe, 08 feb. 12

Yesterday, I forgot that I was having mashed cauliflower and went a little over my carb limit. Supposed to be 20-25 and it was 27. I could have had a small portion or a smaller portion of the green beans, but I overlooked this. Did some DDR last night with Abby. First about 1/2 hr and then later another 45 mins. Did really sweat or anything, but at least I was moving instead of sitting!
