Finally going to my new gym today, as I was going to on Wednesday but woke up with SERIOUS cramps and nausea that wouldn't quit. Meant to go yesterday, but since I'm not in the habit, I forgot to bring my gym bag to work, and then had to stay at work until 7, which would put me at the gym at 8 and home way too late to get any study time in! So, I packed my gym bag this morning and come hell or high water I will go to the gym! I want to try some HIIT, which I've never technically done before although I used to do a less intense version of interval training months ago. Although weight training is my favorite part of the gym, I'll skip it tonight in the interest of time, but since I'm off work tomorrow I will do it then! And who knows, maybe the hubs will be up for a hike on Sunday!
