Today was my Leg Day.
This was the last day of my 6 week routine.

I lifted a total of 39,300 pounds which was 2,505 pounds less than last week.

My knee was still tender so I adjusted the weights down to get in my reps and not risk further aggravation.

Ten minutes of warmup Cardio without any HIIT post workout.

I do=id not do HIIT yesterday as my knee was very sore. Will likely do HIIT tomorrow on My rest day.
