Today was bad for me, needed salt for some reason, so had crackers and peanut butter. but not as much as I would have had before. I'm being so good with walking and extra moving around but when I come home from college I'm so tired. Not a bad tired but after eating the dry crackers and peanut butter I was so sluggish but its now 9.37 so I wont be eating anymore tonight.
I know some of the reason I'm tired when I come home is I'm not eating enough when at college. I've mid-term next week so I'm going to get my food more organized, and buy a few proper lunch boxes.
But I'm not putting myself down to much. I treated David my grandson to McDonald and I had their €1 side salad, and I enjoyed it.
I did not really overeat today. I had a small banana, for breakfast, apple when I got to college, orange at 10, pear at 11, 6 dry crackers at lunch, dinner was a mackerel steamed with ginger, a 2 egg white omelet and 100gr of noodles, then I had pack of dry cracker and peanut butter and my biggest sin glass of wine,
