Well I couldn't make it to my Zumba class last night because I had to take my husband to a doctor appt. But I was missing it so much that when I got home I pulled out my old Taebo video and I did that. It felt good. I think I am going to try to add that in a couple nights a week since Zumba is only once. I can tell my stamina is getting a little stronger all the time. When I first started Zumba I could not do anything on the day in between. I tried to walk the stairs on the off days and it was killing me so I was doing Zumba Tuesday and Thursday for an hour and on Saturdays I walk the stairs and around my building twice a day for 20 minutes each. But I could tell a big difference this week so I am hoping I can start stepping it up more. I was going to change my weigh in to be on Fridays but I actually got too busy this morning and forgot to weight in! I can't believe it. I have been obsessed with weighing and do it when I tell myself I shouldn't and the day I want to I forgot. Oh well. It doesn't matter. I can tell a difference and it makes me feel great when other people tell me they can tell. I had a couple rough days this week but I have felt motivated again the last two. This site helps me alot.
