I'm starting phase I of the Fat Smash Diet tommorow! And to be honest I have mixed emotions. I want to lose weight even though I hold my weight well. People don't believe I way as much as I do. I hope to find some support on here, obviously cause everyone is trying to accomplish the same thing. I will get this weight off, I know it. For once in my life I will be thin!
