Diario de kmaxwell08, 14 feb. 10

Not quite sure what is up with me this week. I started out great then .2 adds each day. Until I was us to 122 today. hmmmmmm need to change things up a bit, which I thought I did adding the weight lifting. Maybe I am "building muscles". Not gonna let it get me down. I take measurements every friday and this week still showed loss of inches. That's what I am about right now, but after 4.5 months of steady losses, it is concerning. I know I haven't eaten anything different so that can't be it. Surely it isn't time to raise my calories AGAIN! I will if I have to, but not yet. I am gonna hang tough.

Hi ya you sound just like me when I was going to thne gyhm I ws gaining and it was terrifing! I get that obsessed with the digital scales that I take that as my bible and really we shouldn't! I d love to your weight Im at 130 again todayh after OVERSTUFFING myself at a chinese resturaunt (I DOLN'T EVEN LIKE CHINESE)but I stuffed like my fiends an d n ow Im back to coun ting calories and fat agian. I just keep falling off the wagon but at least Im still logging in on here (didnt friday thou another bad day) I think you should reallyh add more calories if you are execising and try t get to a normal way of lifestyle you have an amazing body now just watch what you do ! keep up good work and wish me luck this week as I try and get the 4 1/2 pounds off !!!!
