Diario de graciepoo, 29 nov. 07

So far so good. I have actually kept my commitment to work out. I have rode my exercise bike 3 days in a row and ate very well. So we will see on Monday! I really hope to hit a new low this week. I think it I stay in control this weekend and continue to exercise it may be doable!!

Wow, that exercise commitment you have now is really kicking it in high gear! You are making me feel maybe I can do that too. When I started this I wasnt even allowed to go for a slow walk in my neighborhood with my husband, my heart was in such bad shape. My doctor thought I'd have a heart attack just walking up my stairs in my own home. Man I can't believe how far we've all come. Thanks for being such an inspiration! With your dedication and effort here, I'm sure that scale will start moving for ya! Go get 'em girl!

i too was in that position last week and have been on my bike everyday its a good feeling isnt it? well done! keep it up girl your great and here's to watching the scales drop xxx

Way to go, girl! Wow, getting in the exercize is so great! I just know we all hate it or we wouldn't be here. Makes it all that much more inspirational that you sticking with it and getting stronger and healthier! Im still just "thinking" about exercize :)

thanks guys!! And Jeanelleas, I "thought" about for a very long time too...don't feel bad. But actually doing it, really speeds up the weight loss and makes a huge difference in inches lost!
