Diario de graciepoo, 30 nov. 07

yay!!!! All my exercising is finally paying off for the week. I just weighed and I am down 4.5 lbs since Monday!!! I am so pleased. I have been teetering around 188-191 for over a month now and I am finally at a new low! Crazy thing is, I am allowing myself around 2 servings a day of good carbs, usually at dinner. I have been making a brown rice or ww pasta, makes dinner seem so much better. But I know it is the exercising. yesterday i even did crunches several times since I spend 75% of my time in the floor anyway with my 10 month old. I figure I might as well sneak in some crunches while i am in the floor with him, he IS the reason my stomach is in the shape it is anyway!! Hahaha!! When I get to 180 I am going to post before and after pics(if i can figure out how) and then reset my goal to 160. Woo hoo!!! thanks you all for your support.

wow that is great! That goes to show that it is a combination of diet and exercise that gets the best results, and I'm glad to hear someone is still losing fast on level 2! I like level two but it's hard to know how much is too much carbs you know? Well, keep up the good work!

well, it definitely took a while to drop a big number, but well worth the wait. you really have to experiment with what works with your body. And always in moderation. When i eat rice, it is just a small amount, maybe 1/2 cup. but i definitely think your body needs those good carbs to keep going especially when exercising.

awesome!! what inspiration you are!! that is so great!! i am soo scared of starting Phase 2 but i guess with carb moderation and exercise the weight STILL comes off...
