Okay, I'm back. This has been a hard year and I hope to be past some of my issues. I'm training for a 10k in the Spring and I'm also doing Dharma yoga. Yoga is very helpful and although it is hella expensive I'm going to keep going in order to have some peace of mind. I started juicing veggies and fruits although I find that I'm not that hungry these days. My personal life isn't going to be a factor anymore. What's done is done and I have to get out of my funk and begin living the life I want to live. Heck, I'm 40 now, gotta start sometime. If the old addage "good things come to those who wait" then I'm due.
