Just came home from the Team Captains meeting for Relay for Life (American Cancer Society)...my co-captain...pictured above and I have a team...we are going to be skinny and running that track come August instead of walking and being exhausted...bring on the energy!
I have to admit since being on Atkins I am not tired and get up much easier in the morning...amazing I never thought I would be such a morning person...well after my walk with my friend and then a nice hot cup of coffee when I get home!
