I agree with jgilcrist. It absolutely doesn't matter what has happened. what matters is what you are going to do now. Getting negative and down on yourself has this nasty side effect of not being able to lose weight. Try for this whole next week - only let yourself think and say positive things about your diet journey. It's hard to do, but it has really helped me this week and I have already seen a number that I haven't seen for 8 months! I am always amazed to remember what a difference positive thinking makes!
