Not feeling well the past two days. My husband has missed two nights of work. I guess he gave him whatever he has. I am home from work today. Some kind of virus I guess. I made up a cabbage and chicken soup and just kind of added stuff I had in my fridge. It is actually pretty good. At least it tastes good to me today with this bug I've got. It is really low in carbs too. Even though I doubt that I will even get close to my carbs or calories today. I will try to eat some more soup a little later. I added the recipe in my cookbook if anyone wants to see it. I also have a recipe I got from Linda's Low Car Recipes for Jello Fluff. That feels pretty good on my throat. I tried to add it but when I do it says it says there is already a recipe by that name but when I try to look it up by the name nothing comes up. So I just added the ingredients on my food log. It is really easy, just sugar free jello and cream cheese. Anyway, I'm going to find a spot here on the couch here in a minute. I hope this don't last long. I just wanted to see what the values were for my soup. Way less carbs and calories then I expected. I'll have to see if I can get something else down. If not I figure this is better than nothing.
