Gravitating back to a whole food, plant-based diet. I didn't see the results the first time I made a go of a vegan diet on my cholesterol levels. But, I was still consuming oils and breads in retrospect along with fish on Fridays and some vegan junk food. Even with that, I did notice substantial gains on my energy levels and running pace. I'm slow...but I wasn't as slow as usual.

Logging food in another app because I get points through my health insurer. But, I am still keeping my diary here and keeping up with everyone else.

Triathlon training is in full swing. I just need to figure out how to breath better on the OWS. Cycling is going amazing. Dare I say that I actually enjoy it more than running.
