Frustrated with myself. Weighed in this morning and was up a whole pound from Monday. In a moment of frustration, I binge ate a slice of zucchini bread, 2 cups of milk and a hershey bar before I pulled my head out of my rearend and sat myself straight. That was 603 calories of garbage to top off my morning that I didn't need. After stewing to myself at the kitchen table, I finally got on the elliptical and pushed the heart rate up for 40 min. I've drank a sparkling water as a mid morning snack (0 calories). The rest of the day will need to be tapered in to account for me consuming nearly half of my daily input in one setting. I only hurt myself. ***Back on track. I need to be mindful of water weight shifts and keep my temper tantrums in check.
