So today it was my husband that got my rear end into gear and onto the treadmill! I was much happier once he did and I ran 3 miles! Hooray! I added my protein smoothie babk into the mix too.

Chellibelli- Did you get your run in the other evening?? I hope so. I have been in an on the couch/who cares phase...they are realy hard to get out of but once you do...you will feel SO much better and wonder why you didn't do it sooner! I will journal away and hopefully it will help keep us BOTH motivated!

Boob update- lol! I have my first consultation next Thursday morning. I am super excited. I have tons of questions. I'll let you know how it goes.

I think you definitely deserve fabulous bobs after breastfeeding 4 kiddos! You earned it. Remind your husband how much he will enjoy them too! ; )

Ok...I am off to bed...I have an early run planned!

Great job with the 3 mile run! No, I didn't go the other night. My hubby and oldest daughter are in a local theatre production of "Scrooge" together and they have rehearsals every week-night. I was hoping the OPCs (other people's children;) I watch would be picked up in time for me to get a quick run in when hubby stopped home after work for some dinner and to pick up my daughter, but it didn't happen. :( I will be SO GLAD when this play opens and there's no more nightly rehearsals. I need a break! Let me know how the boobie-consult goes! :) -Michelle

Good for you. I wish my husband would help motivate me. Ok he does but it is to tempt me with eating out and watching tv! :)
