I've decided to measure myself to get a baseline, and to keep me off the scale. I was hesitant to journal this because I think measurements are more personal than weight, but if you could see me you would know I'm overweight anyhow, and what better place to keep this than my journal.

Chest: 37"
Bust: 39"
Waist: 32"
Hips: 43"
Thighs: 26.5"
Arms: 15.5"
Calves: 15"

I hope this diet and Jillian Michaels circuit training pays off, it's challenging and makes me sweat!

I think it's a great idea to put your measurements in your journal.. I did the same thing, and it's so great to be able to post new measurements and see how they compare!! And like you said, it's a great thing to have in case the scale isn't budging - you can see if you've lost inches..
