Woo hoo, my first half pound! Today is day 5 and I am starting to get the hang of it. Figuring out what to eat is getting easier and I am finding that, with a little research, there is always a "better" version of foods I like to eat so I have not felt like I am missing out on anything and I don't feel hungry all of the time.
