Diario de Ingria, 10 mar. 12

Was afraid to get on the scale today after all the stress and sleepless nights last week and the catered food I ate for 5 days during lunch time, but was very happy to find out that I did not gain any. I did not lose either any but that is totally fine, I did not expect to. I am very much happy that I am learning to go through weeks like that without gaining weight or retaining water. This is one of the goals of my daily logging. I will push for weight loss on the weeks when I have better control over my food choices and have time and energy to exercise more.
