I'm tired of filling out the food and exercise forms. Think I'll take a break for a while. Maybe try vegan, again. At least when I ate vegan, my joints hurt less. But I'm not going to log everything I eat and every grunt of exercise through the day. I'll check in irregularly. Good luck, my friends. I hope this is working for you and that you are moving forward toward your goals!
