Day off from exercise yesterday. Will resume swimming today. 1 MILE T,W,TH,F. Surfing or swimming Sat & Sun. Good week last week! almost a 3 lb drop. I dont want to lose it any faster than that. I started something new, listed below. Meals for the last week have been supplemented by homemade juicing. Mostly veges with some fruit. I'm doing juice for breakfast & all through the morning for snack. Fruit & or veges for lunch, with some almonds, egg substitute, or can of tuna mixed in. Proteins being consumed at dinner time or late afternoon snacks, along with more juice. Seems to be working, & I'm feeling satisfied. This is keeping the calorie count low or right where it's suppose to be, & keeping the fat intake very low. Carbs are way up compared to protein, but they are fruit & vege carbs, so that doesn't bother me. That's energy! I will continue this for the rest of the month (18 more days) and see what the outcome is. NOTE* I AM GOING TO ENJOY CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE ON ST. PATTY'S DAY. AND LOTS OF IT!!.....Just say'n :)
