day 202...heat wave outside..32..ice an snow are melting...greatttttt !!!! hopefully it will get warm enough for a few days that i can mabye go walkin in the morning this week...im hopin anyways...did my workout today...only 80 minutes on elliptical my body was tired after 60..i had my 8 hours of sleep, but body was just tired ...then got on bike and did 2x15 min to get 1 hour and 50 min in for wokrout...hope everyone has a sweating great day...lol ...

Hope you feel better by the eve.....I just came home to Florida from New York where I was very upset with the cold weather. It's lovely here (around 70 during the day) = good for exercising but I am overwhelmed with unpacking, shopping, (food), eating, .......Hope tomorrow is better for you!!!!
