I have decided to get back on the weight loss wagon... 2 years ago I lost 40 pounds in 4 months and kept it off for a year then I went through some trauma and turned to eating my feelings. We recently relocated to Idaho and I'm ready to buckle down and lose the weight again but need help! Trying to keep myself accountable here and stay focused to lose this weight! Not just to lose the weight but to change my lifestyle and be healthy for my family! Can't wait to see ONEderland!!
