I can say that I have noticed that I've gotten better about sweets and stuff like that. I still eat but I won't eat as much as I did before. I know I just need to step up and do something. Usually my husband and I will take the kids to the gym and they have a little daycare for the kids and we will go and work out. We haven't had time to go to the gym, so that will help when we get back on that track. I plan on kicking this in the butt after these next two weeks and get my butt in gear!!! I have a vacation that I have to lose weight for...my a@@ will be getting in a two piece and looking good!!! lol That is what I'm working for!!
