day 203...i want to go walkin so bad, but the temp outside is only 32...went to gym but only did an hour workout..half hour on bike, half hour on treadmill...spent the other hour talkin to friend about my workout program..this week my weight is stayin the same..no loss no gain..time to shock my body again..after talkin to him im thinkin mabye i was loosin on the last weight progrm i was on for a week, but i just didnt give it a chance..so monday im gonna go bck to that program where i do the elliptical for 15 minutes then crunches, then weights, then bck to elliptical...will post workout once i get it set bck up again..have a great day and a great workout...
