I just tried the "crispy cheese crackers" from Linda's low carb recipes. Wow, they are a good snack. I have had it printed out for weeks but every time I looked at it, it just didn't seem like it would work or be good. I was wrong. And talk about easy. I will be making these again. Only thing is, I havn't added to my food diary because I am not sure how. It is just a peice of cheese but the recipe I have says they are only 0.5 net carbs but when I try to enter just a peice of cheese it shows alot more carbs then that.

Also, last night I tried the zucchini noodles with tomato pasta sauce, ground beef, and mushrooms. Very yummy.
