Today has got to be a day off. I busted my knee on a rock during my hike yesterday and it's still REALLY sore. I'm actually thinking I'm pretty lucky I didn't break something because yesterday I could hardly move. I finished off the hike slowly, but still at least we were outside moving around.

I MIGHT try and do an upper body only Wii Active work out later, but thinking about punching I do move my legs or twist with my knees, so I'll have to see. I want to take it easy in order to make sure I'm healed up by tomorrow and can stay on my workout plan!
