16lb gone and 30lb to go... that means I am 1/3 of the way to my ultimate goal. I already feel very different, more energy and I am sleeping better. I have just recently started to notice that I am looking different too. My pants are baggy and my shirts don't feel so clingy around my midsection. My face is the biggest difference, I look like me again.
