Good to know I can have a weekend of gluttony and the following week get back on track! Stoked that paying attention to proper food intake & reasonable workout 5 out of 7 days this week. Swam 3 miles & road the life cycle at level 10. Life cycle kicked my boo-tay! but it paid off. :)
