Just had a coworker down the hall ask me if I had been losing weight. WooHoo!!! She said she could really tell it in my face. Comments like that really help when you don't see much move on the scale. I did notice that I could move my belt down another hole today too. I was on the last hole of the belt and now I am on hole 4!!! I have to keep reminding myself of these things when I really want to see the scale say something other than it does.
