Well, Here I go....starting again. A little more urgent to get this weight off due to the diagnosis of insulin resistance.I have been exercising and dieting with mich success and the Dr. says this is much of the problem.Body stores fat under the influence of insulin...She says I was fighting a losing battle. I will have mymedication adjusted slowly to diminish/prevent some of the side effects.So far...NO PROBLEMS ...YEAH! I feel better...MAYBE JUST THE HOPE OF THIS HELPING ME!!!
