Nice work! How long does preparation for this take? --- One of my pet peeves here on FS is when people post directive comments referencing their own preferences. It's not food-porn-Instagram, and generally nobody posting photos has issued a general invitation to partake of the meal. Sorry someone did that to you.

this is a quick fix. I had chicken breast already cooked from previous meal/leftover. assemble and bake 5-7 minutes at 400°. I sprayed very lightly with olive oil spray to gloss the tomatoes and help keep them from drying out.
and of course its all optional for anyone. it was so good I made another for supper.
