Started WeightWatchers on 12-12-07 and so far it seems to work. I have not really been too hungery but still have a little struggle at night. I have been trying different WeightWatcher recipes and enjoying them much more that I thought I would.
I struggle with getting enough dairy eat day since I really don't care for milk.
Started working out at the gym again and that seems to help my attitude and makes me just feel better.
