Not that it got much better at work but I need to get back on track. I did not change my diet drastically for the last month, but it is obvious that while calorie counting does not make me lose weight, not counting does make me gain. Those small extras that I do not even notice, add up. Combined with stress and lack of sleep... Very disappointing indeed. Hopefully at least some of these 3.5 lb I gained is water. I will be restarting my weight history to start afresh. Today is a new day, bright and shiny.
