Well, after 12 days of counting Full Carbs, without much success, I am back to counting Net Carbs. I am doing my best to get 12-15 Net Carbs from vegies and really didn't realize how much I can eat of vegies! I am not too worried about staying at 20 Net Carbs and have been inching my way to Owl, thinking that I have been on induction too long thus my slow if any weight loss to speak of. I also have been drinking my water which, if anything, makes me feel better and look better. I'll get this yet and hopefully I'll see some great results soon!
