Going back on the Atkin's diet after a long absence. I was on the diet 2 or 3 years agao and lost 80 Lbs in less than 1 year. I am hoping for similar results as I found I did not lose the Lbs, just misplaced so I found them again with their friends. So this time I have 100 to lose +. So here we go.

I wasn't able to lose on Atkins like I did before. For some reason it just worked well the first go round. Atkins did say it was a way of life, but come on! So I'm anxious to hear how it's going for you this time around. My mother in law wasn't able to lose weight her second try either. We both lost about 50 lbs the first time though. So we figured it would be easy to lose again......not the case. Hope you have better luck. Anyone else have this problem?

Well as long as you stick to it it has been working. Do not eat too much salad, this brings things to a halt. Hope this helps
