I have been trying to loss more but been stuck at the same number for seems like forever. It worked so good for so long then nothing. I even went off for 5 monthes try to jump start it agien but nothing. I only have 45 lbs. to loss. Boy those first 300 were so easy compared to now. I guess I need to up my movement level can't lower any of my other numbers.
