I've eaten them. And my sister had a huge problem with them; she accidentally ate 2 in one day because she was so busy and didn't have time to eat, so she just grabbed what was in her purse...well look at the name "fiber" let's just say she had some bathroom problems! And yes they give us gas too. 

Yep I get gassy with them too, but do opt for those when the sweet tooth hits.
