Getting a little discouraged. Day 6 of Jillian Michaels shred program and I have gained a pound in the last week. I have been watching my calorie intake...so this sucks! I know it's not uncommon to gain a little when starting such a program...but it's kind of demotivational!

Keep your head up and a smile on and whatever you do DON'T GIVE UP!!! For sure it sucks but think of it this way your gaining muscle and muscle weighs more then fat. You have lots of buddies rooting for you. Keep up the amazing job :)
